	abstract = {<p>Dieser Beitrag zeigt den Weg des Hafers vom Nahrungsmittel zum Arzneimittel.<br />
Zu Beginn stehen der kulturgeschichtliche Hintergrund, die Ontogenese und<br />
die pflanzenphysiologischen Aspekte, die sich nicht zuletzt in der spezifischen<br />
inhaltsstofflichen Zusammensetzung widerspiegeln. Im pharmazeutischen Teil wird<br />
die Herstellung von drei WALA-Pr{\"a}paraten unter dem Aspekt vorgestellt, dass im<br />
Laborprozess Pflanzenpotentiale aufgenommen und neue Zusammenh{\"a}nge gestaltet<br />
werden. Im medizinischen Teil wird unter menschenkundlichen Gesichtspunkten<br />
ein gro{\ss}er Bogen vom Hafer als Nahrungsmittel, als Di{\"a}tetikum, in der {\"a}u{\ss}eren<br />
Anwendung, zum Arzneimittel wird geschlagen. [...]</p>

	annote = {<p>This contribution describes the course of development of the use of oats from<br />
food to medicine. We first present the cultural historical background of oats, their<br />
ontogenesis and their plant physiological aspects which are reflected not least in<br />
the specific substance composition. In the pharmaceutical part, we describe the<br />
manufacture of three WALA preparations, showing that, in the laboratory process,<br />
the plant{`}s potentials are taken up and new conditions are created. In the medicinal<br />
part, from the human developmental perspective we draw a broad link between<br />
