Das erste ist das bekannte Modell einer krautigen, zweikeimbl{\"a}ttrigen Pflanze. Das zweite Modell ist neu. Es ist das Modell einer mehrj{\"a}hrigen, zweikeimbl{\"a}ttrigen Pflanze. Die Wahl eines Modells gibt die Blickrichtung vor, mit der die Pflanze betrachtet wird. Der Betrachter wird gelenkt. Beim Modell der krautigen Urpflanze wird man veranlasst die Seitenorgane in ihrer Reihenfolge an der Sprossachse von unten nach oben vom Keimblatt bis zum Fruchtblatt zu durchlaufen und miteinander zu vergleichen. Beim neuen Modell der zweij{\"a}hrigen Urpflanze wird der Betrachter zus{\"a}tzlich angeregt, die aufgehende, vegetative Knospe mit der ge{\"o}ffneten Bl{\"u}te zu vergleichen. Das alte Modell setzt die Bl{\"u}te in Bezug zum vegetativen Spross. Beim neuen Modell ist das auch der Fall, zus{\"a}tzlich wird die Bl{\"u}te in Bezug gesetzt zur aufgehenden vegetativen Knospe. Die Blattmetamorphose der aufgehenden Knospe zeigt eine klare Gliederung. Drei Bereiche k{\"o}nnen unterschieden werden: Der Bereich der {\"a}usseren verh{\"a}rteten Knospenschuppen, der Bereich der inneren sich schnell streckenden, farbigen und hinf{\"a}lligen Knospenschuppen und der Bereich der St{\"a}ngelbl{\"a}tter. Diese Gliederung findet sich in gesteigerter Form in der Bl{\"u}te und korrespondiert mit a) dem Kelchbereich, b) dem Kronenblatt -, Staubblattbereich und c) dem Fruchtblattbereich.}, annote = {Two distinct models of the {`}Urpflanze{'} (archetypal plant) are discussed. The first is the well-known model of an annual dicotyledonous plant. The second new model represents the perennial dicotyledonous plant. The choice of a model channels the way the plant is viewed. The observer is disposed accordingly. With the model of the annual archetypal plant, he is guided along the sequence of the stem{'}s lateral organs from bottom to top, i.e. from cotyledon to carpel, and is stimulated to compare the organs with each other. The new model of the perennial archetypal plant invites to check the unfolding vegetative bud against the flower. The first model relates the flower to the vegetative shoot. So does the new model, but in addition the flower is correlated with the unfolding vegetative bud. Leaf metamorphosis of the unfurling bud exhibits a clear structure. Three zones can be discriminated: the ambient hardened bud scales, the fastly uncurling, coloured and decrepit bud scales and the stipe leaves. This structure is even more enhanced in the flower, where it corresponds with sepals, stamens and carpels. } }
