Abonnement für Bibliotheken und Bildungseinrichtungen
- Vereinbarungen
+ a. Umfang, Laufzeit und Kündigung: Das Jahresabonnement umfasst zwei Ausgaben der "Elemente der Naturwissenschaft" und verlängert sich jeweils um ein weiteres Jahr, wenn es nicht mindestens einen Monat vor Ablauf der Rechnungsperiode schriftlich gekündigt wird. Die schriftliche und fristgerechte Kündigung kann durch beide Vertragspartner ohne Angabe von Gründen erfolgen. Das Abonnement umfasst neben der Zusendung der Ausgaben als Printmedium auch den Onlinezugang zu den abonnierten Ausgaben über unsere Webseite und das Herunterladen der in diesen enthaltenen Artikel und Inhalte. Alle Dienstleistungen des Abonnements sind entsprechend einer Standort- bzw. Single-Site-Lizenz ausschließlich für die Nutzung innerhalb der abonnierenden Bibliothek bzw. Bildungseinrichtung bestimmt.
Der Abonnent erhält ein Bibliothekskonto, das ihm erlaubt Nutzerkonten anzulegen oder den Onlinezugang zu abonnierten Jahrgängen für IP-Adressen innerhalb des Netzwerkes seiner Einrichtung freizugeben.
+ b. Jährliche Kosten des Abonnements:
Das Abonnement kostet für Bildungseinrichtungen pro Jahr EUR 30 (bzw. CHF 40 in der Schweiz). Darin ist der Onlinezugang zu allen abonnierten Jahrgängen, sowie der Versand der beiden jährlichen Druckausgaben europaweit inbegriffen. Für den weltweiten Versand können nach Aufwand zusätzliche Versandkosten hinzu kommen.
+ c. Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen:
Ergänzend zu den oben aufgeführten Konditionen des Abonnements für Bibliotheken und Bildungseinrichtungen werden bei Vertragsabschluss auch unsere Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen Vertragsbestandteil.

+ a. Scope, term and termination: The annual subscription includes two issues of the "Elemente der Naturwissenschaft" and is extended by a further year if it is not cancelled in writing at least one month before the end of the billing period. The written and timely termination can be made by both contracting parties without giving reasons.
In addition to sending the issues as print media, the subscription also includes online access to the subscribed issues via our website and downloading the articles and content contained therein. All services of the subscription are exclusively intended for use within the customer's institution according to a single-site license. The subscriber receives a library account which allows him to create user accounts or to allow online access to subscribed volumes for IP addresses within the network of his institution.
+ b. Annual subscription fee:
The subscription costs for educational institutions per year EUR 30 in the countries of the Euro zone and CHF 40 in all other countries. This includes online access to all subscribed issues as well as the shipping of the two annual print issues throughout Europe. For worldwide shipping, additional postage costs may be incurred.
