Abstract:
The philosophical problem of the separation of the subject and object in modern physics is discussed. From the position of realistic idealism, which does not accept this separation, it is shown that a mathematical background of projective geometry and structures like Clifford algebras is necessary to describe quantitative problems in physics. The discussion results in the proposition of the so called I-numbers.
