Der Goetheanismus Würdigung einer menschen- und weltgerechten, friedenstiftenden Erkenntnismethode
In this article, the Goethean research method is explained based on the work of Goethe and Steiner, then compared with terminology from current epistemological discourse and presented in individual methodological steps. The main characteristic of the Goethean research method is a search for the meaning-giving idea of an object or phenomenon – regardless of which area of life and research it belongs to. Before the method is presented, the question of intelligence and its bearer is addressed. In order to better comprehend the individual methodological steps, the method is then illustrated by exploring the object “book” as an example.
