Abstract:
This paper critically reviews several contributions which have been recently published in the»Elernente der Naturwissenschaft« as a response to the autor’s paper entitled »Is the copper chloride crystallization method indeed a sensitive indicator for formative forces in living materials?«. Most of the quoted autors agree that the copper chloride crystallizations provide essentially identical features regardless of whether the added substance stems from living of from synthetic, macromolecular substances. It is postulated by some autors, however, that the proof for the existence of formative forces need to be found in the individual cognition of the observer or in the metamorphosis of the living material.
